The 6th NCS Lustrum, October 5th in Leiden, the Netherlands

When:
05 Oct 2012

It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 6th NCS lustrum in Leiden, October the 5th 2012. On September the 3rd, 1982, the Nederlandse Commissie voor stralingsdosimetrie (NCS, Netherlands Commission on Radiation Dosimetry) was established, aiming to promote appropriate use of dosimetry of ionizing radiation, both for scientific and clinical purposes. Over the last thirty years, the NCS has published 21 reports, mostly concerning dosimetry in medicine. These reports have been highly appreciated in the field of radiation dosimetry in Belgium and the Netherlands, but also further abroad.

The EBT film dosimeter meeting at the BHPA meeting in Brussels, February 10th 2012

During a short 1 hour meeting, about 20 BHPA members had a discussion about their experience with EBT 2/3 film dosimetry. The key ISP developers of EBT film dosimetry, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Micke, and the Belgian distributor Peter Dejonge also participated. Four centers provided some information about their solution and results with EBT2/3 film dosimetry (the presentations can be downloaded below)

discussion of CT protocol with Tom Clarijs (FANC)

When:
