Today the new Royal Decree on Medical Exposure has been published

As also been mailed today to all members:

We are pleased to announce that today the new Royal Decree on Medical Exposure has been published in the official Belgian Gazette (Moniteur / Staatsblad). Besides this new royal decree on medical exposure two other royal decrees have been published: RD on veterinary exposure and the RD as adaptation of the ARBIS. Please find the official text of all three RD’s attached to this post.

This new decree comes into force on March 1st 2020. Some of the aspects such as the department of medical physics have a transition period of one year.
